Beautiful Lake Tahoe

I recently went on an amazing vacation with my roommate to Lake Tahoe, CA.  It was an amazing steal of a deal!  Her brother works for Marriot Time Shares, so we were able to stay at an amazing suite that's usually super expensive for practically nothing for four nights, with access to the pool, and three jacuzzis, a private beach, great restaurants and window shopping.  The best part is that my cousin is working as a chef at a beautiful camp nearby Lake Tahoe.  It was so fun to spend time with her, and she hooked us up with kayaking on a gorgeous lake.  That was my first time!  We rowed to some waterfalls, and had a great view of the surrounding mountains.  I cannot tell you how many majestic, massive waterfalls we saw on this trip!  I loved being in the mountains, and seeing where the runoff starts.

 We took the mile hike down to this cottage/mansion that overlooks the Emerald Bay.  We toured the house, and spent time on the beach :)

My roommates and I went to the Oakley Rodeo this weekend, and stayed the night at my roommate's cabin.  What a blast!!!

I was able to spend a lot of quality time with my family the past two weeks.  Jenny, James and Abby were here for a week, and we had a great time!  We went to Hogle Zoo, the Tracy Aviary, on a hike up the canyon, out to lunch in Provo with my Mom and all my siblings, had friends over one night and ate Chinese food from the Mandarin...  It was so fun spending time with my wonderful fam :)

The Magic of Disney!

I just went to Florida for a girl's week getaway with my Mom and my Aunt Gail.  We went to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, and the Animal Kingdom.  The company, the food, the shopping, and the scenery was fabulous!  We also took in a Cirque De Soleil Performance, and saw the Orlando Temple, and went to Cocoa Beach.  I had never been to Florida, and  recommend it to anyone :)
